Description

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Follow up Pending payment with the dealer.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.).
Manage social media profiles.
Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events.
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
Creates agendas and takes meeting notes.


Good knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS WORD.
Good communication skills required.
