SYKES is looking for full-time Customer Services Representatives in Amherst, NY. You might have driven past our building near Forest Rd and John James Audubon Parkway and wondered what we do.
When customers call their banks, healthcare provider, or cable company, they are actually calling SYKES. We help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues! We provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies you deal with every day.

This is the right job for you if you’re able to:
*Possess a HighSchool or GED
*Speak on the phone while using a computer
*Empathize and be friendly with people you’ve never met
*Use logic to solve problems
*Willingness and patience to help others
*Be part of a team
Nice to have (but not required):
*Customer service background
*Understanding of a call center environment
*Experience with financial services, healthcare, technology companies, or something similar

This full-time position is located in the Amherst, NY site and is not a work-at-home or part-time position.
We have a strict no-miss attendance policy for the 6 week training period (full-time, paid training). Below is the training shift available for upcoming classes:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm In classroom training for the first four weeks. Week 5 and 6 will be on the job training/mentorship and may not align with your production schedule.
*NOTE: Training will be Monday through Friday, however your final production shifts will be 1st and 2nd shift to include at least 1 weekend day*
