We help people by answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving their issues. We’re looking for people who are able to learn new skills, who can relate to people and help them solve problems within client guidelines.
Provides verbal customer support, answering questions appropriately about policies. Helps resolve questions or problems while advising customers on appropriate next steps. Uses computer-based system in performance of these duties, including appropriately recording each transaction. Develops full knowledge of customer’s products and services. Communicates with team manager regarding problems, solutions, trends and suggestions. Responsible for meeting established individual and team performance targets, which include customer service, productivity and quality standards.
